Strongman competition at the Craig Civic Center in Kingwood WV. 5 events to find the strongest in their weight class. Men, Women and Teen weight classes. Event 1 Sandbag to shoulder medley. Event 2 Viking press. Event 3 mammoth bar deadlift. Event 4 Hercules hold. Event 5 MBPC Apex Squat. This is an indoor event. Event capped at 80 athletes.
