Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
Handle snow removal during the winter months to ensure safe access to our facilities
Maintain our lawns and outdoor spaces, keeping them pristine and welcoming
Conduct general maintenance and repairs for our hotel and other facilities
Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Basic skills in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Previous maintenance experience is a plus but not required
