Ultimate Bash

We feel the fairest way to sell tickets is this in-person sale. This guarantees that everyone has the same opportunity to purchase tickets.

To clear up a few rumors:

*You do not have to reside in WV to buy tickets.

*There is no limit to the number of tickets you can purchase.

*Tickets will not be sold online. We cannot accept mail-in orders (federal law).

*We will not guarantee that anyone (members, regular ticket sellers, businesses, etc.) will have tickets to sell following the in-person sale day.

*We will not hold tickets for anyone.

*If you can’t make the trip on May 10, maybe you can sweet-talk a friend, neighbor, or family member into getting your tickets for you. If they are making the trip for themselves, maybe they’ll get yours too. Last year, we had several people who collected money from friends, family, coworkers, etc and brought a list of tickets to purchase. This is fine! There’s plenty of seating and time to complete as many tickets as needed.
