With a passion for travel and food, Mychal Miller combined those two loves to create Kabob a Dis Kabob a Dat in 2021. He told 12 News he was given the idea for the truck’s name by friends at work.
“I would take food in for some of the guys to try, and I always told them I wanted a food truck. Well, one night I come in, and two of the guys I work with, they’re like, ‘Oh my goodness, we have the best name for your food truck, it’s gotta be Kabob a Dis Kabob a Dat,’ ‘cause I always brought in kabobs, and as soon as I said it, I knew it was going to happen,” Miller said.
