A $4 million WVDEP AMLER Grant is facilitating the redevelopment of the former TAZ Sawmill site off I-68 near Bruceton Mills. At 43 acres, featuring utility access, an already-existing 12,000 square-foot building on-site and close highway connectivity, the site contains significant business advantages for any company looking to expand or relocate in Preston County.
