Buckwheat Express hosts public transportation forum

The Buckwheat Express hosted a public forum at the North Preston Seniors Center Thursday night to discuss local transportation needs and the possibility of expanding its services to other areas of Preston County.
During the event, representatives provided an overview of their transportation services and highlighted the benefits to the community while also addressing the needs of the community.
“We are trying to expand our services throughout the county. Bruceton Mills, this area of the county has been something we’ve been watching closely for the past couple of years. We’ve had a lot of requests to expand our services out this way,” the Buckwheat Express Transportation Director Ashley Shreve said.
