Preston County business brings new life to old tires

    April 22, 2026

Bionic Tire Recycling, a Preston County business, is looking to bring new life to used tires that have seen the end of their on-road life.

Material from the tires can be used for multiple purposes, such as making playground surfaces and anti-fatigue flooring.

Bionic Tire Recycling is a relatively new business that looks to put every part of a recycled tire to use.

Timothy Davis, founder and COO of the business, said that he does his best not to let anything go to waste.
