    Preston County has Sites and Buildings to Maximize Major Market Access: Grace Chapel Property

    Manufacturing or retail businesses seeking access to major East Coast markets for their products must consider Preston County, WV. One exciting possibility is the Grace Chapel Property, which is nearly seven acres of flat, open land with most utilities in place. Environmental clearances have been completed through the WVDEP Voluntary Remediation Program and a newly constructed road provides easy access to WV Route 7.

    Grace Chapel property is prime real estate to access major markets

    Preston County is within 500 miles of two-thirds of the American and one-third of the Canadian industrial and consumer markets. The Grace Chapel location in Kingwood, WV, on the east side of the Morgantown Metropolitan Statistical Area offers immediate access to Morgantown and Cumberland along Interstate 68. Pittsburgh is two hours away, while freight or individuals can reach Baltimore, Washington D.C., Columbus and Cleveland in three to four hours.
